How to Enter

• Write and record a verse for the designated contest track.

• Submit your entry via email to CONTEST@saintripley.com

• Deadline: Submissions must be received before 11:59 PM Central Time on May 31, 2026

• Read all the rules

• Only one submission per person is allowed

  • Submitting more than one entry will result in immediate disqualification

Prize

• Grand Prize: $1,000 USD - must accept payment via zelle, quickpay, venmo, or cashapp

• Official feature on the final version of the song

• Potential inclusion in marketing, visuals, and rollout campaign

How to download

• The contest track will be available for purchase for $2 (plus applicable taxes) at saintripley.com

• No purchase is necessary to enter

• To receive a copy of the track for free, email: contest@saintripley.com including, your name, Artist Name, & phone number

• Please consider purchasing the track to support the project & mission

Submission Requirements

• HIGH QUALITY WAV format REQUIRED

• You must submit:

  • An unmixed WAV file (or files) of your vocals

  • A reference mix of your vocals if you’d like to demonstrate your intended sound

  • your government name (for royalties & legal reasons)

  • your artist name & city you are based out of

  • PREFERRED method of payment

• Optional:

  • A mixed WAV file of your vocals

  • A phone number to contact you at

  • A recent EPK, bio, website, press photos, social media links, etc.

• Mixing and mastering will be handled by Saint Ripley’s engineer

• Submissions must be original (no Artificial Intelligence [AI], copyrighted, or stolen material)

• You must own the rights to your vocal recording

Posting & Usage Rules

• You MAY:

  • Post photos or videos of yourself performing your verse on social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

  • discuss the contest on and off social media

• You MAY NOT:

  • Upload the full song anywhere (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, SoundCloud, etc.)

  • Post, share, or distribute Saint Ripley’s verses or any part of the full track

  • Leak or send the full track to others

• Violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification and may result in legal action.

Rights, Royalties & Usage

• By submitting a verse, you agree that if selected:

  • You will receive no more than 10% of royalties for the song (final split to be confirmed in writing)

  • Saint Ripley LLC retains full ownership and creative control of the track

  • Your verse may be edited, mixed, or arranged as needed for the final release

  • the provided content may be used for physical media releases, live performances, and more

• By entering, you grant Saint Ripley LLC AND its affiliates the right to:

  • Share, post, and promote your submission

  • Use your name, image, voice, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes

  • Use your content across social media, streaming platforms, and promotional materials

• This usage is unrestricted and does not require additional compensation beyond the stated prize and any agreed royalties

Selection & Additional Terms

• The winner will be selected by Saint Ripley LLC based on:

  • Quality, originality, delivery, and fit with the song and album theme

• All decisions are final and subjective

Saint Ripley LLC reserves the right to:

• Not select a winner if submissions do not meet the standard

• Disqualify any entrant for violating rules or acting in bad faith

• Modify or cancel the contest at any time if necessary

Important Notes

• Please Keep your verse thematically relevant to the track

• If selected, you may be required to sign a formal agreement before release

• Participation does not guarantee selection or compensation unless chosen as the winner
